Empowering Young Women: The Girls Circle Journey

The Girls Circle was founded in 2024 by Bronte Edwards, shaped by her work with young girls and women and a clear recognition of the gaps in education around healthy relationships. Through her experience, she identified the powerful link between adolescent experiences, relationship patterns, and the way young women grow, connect, and see themselves from both personal and professional experience. What began as a TikTok channel quickly evolved into something far greater; resonating with women and girls of all ages through honest conversations, educational resources, and real, relatable storytelling.
Today, The Girls Circle is more than a platform — it’s a movement. A space where creativity meets truth, and where being real, relatable, and unapologetically raw is celebrated. From understanding healthy relationships and recognising red flags, openly learning about and advocating for women’s health to building confidence and using your voice on a national stage, The Girls Circle exists to empower at every level. Built from the ground up, the vision is to reach and impact over 300 young people over the next three years through projects, podcasts, blogs, and talks across the country. While The Girls Circle is led by Bronte, it is proudly shaped by it’s community—featuring blogs and podcasts created by the women and girls who engage with it’s sessions and opportunities.
