OUR PROJECTS

BecomingHer
A dynamic, in-person leadership programme for young women aged 17–23 across Leeds, Bradford, and Manchester. Ambassadors meet monthly as part of The Girls Circle, working together to shape ideas, influence decisions, and lead exciting community projects.
They take an active role in The Girls Circle Projects, sharing their insight, creativity, and lived experience, while gaining hands-on exposure to funding, budgets, and project planning. Alongside leadership development, the programme also covers key topics including female hygiene, sexual health, and relationship education in a safe, supportive, and empowering space.
This is where young women’s voices lead the way, building confidence, skills, and real impact.

The ADHD Womens Circle
The ADHD Women’s Circle is a year-long programme made up of 10 sessions for women aged 20–35, holding space for up to 25 women to connect, reflect, and be heard. Bringing together women who are diagnosed or undiagnosed, the circle offers a balance of peer support and influence – from honest conversations and shared experiences, to meeting with policy teams and contributing to conversations that shape understanding and the realities of living with ADHD. Together, participants explore how they work through/the challenges faced in education and employment, and identity whilst living with ADHD and sharing practical tools, advice, and community.

The Girls Circle Forum
The Girls Circle Forum is a national 6-month cohort programme for girls aged 14–17 across England, bringing together 15 young women to explore confidence, identity, and connection. It is a space where girls find their voice and use it; through open conversations, advocacy, and creative platforms like podcasting and blogging. Participants explore female health, relationships, and self-worth while building confidence in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
